Sri Lanka has a 3,000-year-old Ayurvedic tradition. This 90-minute session begins with a consultation with a qualified Ayurvedic physician who assesses your dosha (body type). You'll then receive a customised treatment which may include Shirodhara (warm oil poured on the forehead), Abhyanga (full-body oil massage), and herbal steam bath. All oils and herbs are locally sourced.
